Why I'm Starting 'Get Insights': Because Palm Beach County Businesses Need a Local Voice

Palm Beach County is home to over 50,000 small businesses. From West Palm Beach to Boca Raton, from Jupiter to Delray Beach—businesses are growing, hiring, and building.
But here's a number that tells the real story: Palm Beach County has 32,713 open jobs and only 26,573 unemployed people. That means there are more jobs than people looking for work—and every business is competing for the same limited talent pool. It's just one of many operational challenges local business owners face every day that never make the headlines.
Everyone's covering the big economic trends. The national news. The "Wall Street South" migration.
But who's talking about:
Why your month-end close takes 15 days when it should take 3?
How to vet AI vendors who promise everything but deliver chaos?
Which Palm Beach County networking events are actually worth your time?
How to keep employees when you're competing with firms like BlackRock and Citadel for talent?
That's why 'Get Insights' exists. Because local business needs practical answers—not generic advice.
What to Expect: Weekly Palm Beach County Business Insights
Every week, I'll share:
Local business news and events worth your attention (chamber updates, networking opportunities, policy changes that affect SMBs)
Process improvement tips you can implement immediately (from someone who's led transformation at Fortune 500 companies and understands small business constraints)
AI adoption guidance for business owners who don't have time for certifications (plain English, no hype, practical applications)
Finance operations insights for anyone tired of chaotic month-end closes and manual workflows

Why me?
After leading over $1M in transformation savings inside one of Berkshire Hathaway's flagship companies and completing MIT AI certification, I realized: Small businesses need this expertise but can't afford $50K consulting projects.
So I'm bringing Fortune 500 process thinking to everyday businesses—starting right here in Palm Beach County.
I facilitate the BlackLine Customer Network in South Florida. I see what finance leaders struggle with. I host workshops for small business owners at the West Palm Beach Library. I hear the same questions over and over:
"How do I fix this without breaking the bank?"
"Where do I even start?"
"Who can I trust?"
This is my answer.
And if you ever want to go deeper—whether it's a free System Leak Audit or a full Process Health Check—I'm here.
From chaos to clarity. One insight at a time.
